Mission

Our mission at Captivating Rock is to encourage fellow disciples of Jesus Christ to:

  • repent of their self-obsession and idolatry and rest in the borrowed righteousness of Jesus; (Rom. 5:19; Isaiah 30:15)
  • lean on God's grace, forgiveness, and promises in Christ rather than on their own feelings, understandings, or experiences; (II Pet. 3:18)
  • fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith; (Heb. 12:2-3)
  • live gratefully, therefore, in faith, hope, and love rather than in doubt, despair, and desperation.  (I Cor. 13:13)
My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness;
